Products

All products comply with Greek and EU legislation. CBD products contain THC ≤ 0.2% and are not promoted with any medical claims. Edible products fall under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 on “Novel Foods.”

Orders and Payments

Orders are placed exclusively online through our website. Payments are processed securely via Viva Wallet, supporting Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store your payment details; all transactions are handled directly by Viva Wallet under strong customer authentication standards.

Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries within Greece are carried out via ACS or Speedex at a cost of €4. Orders above €100 are shipped free of charge. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. For shipments to other EU countries, the cost is €20 with an estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days. Delivery times are indicative, and risk passes to the customer upon receipt of goods.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83. Products must be returned sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case Cuba Room covers the cost. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, including the original shipping costs.

Warranty and Liability

All goods are covered by the statutory two-year warranty under Greek Law 5043/2023. In the event of a defect, you are entitled to free repair or replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase.
