4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Zones and Rates
Greece (Domestic):
- Standard shipping: €4.00
- Free shipping on orders over €100
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days
- Carrier: ACS Courrier
European Union:
- Standard shipping: €20.00
- Delivery time: 4-10 business days
- Carrier: GLS
Shipping Information
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
- Customs fees and import duties (for non-EU countries) are the customer's responsibility
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
Delivery Issues
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately

5. Returns and Refunds
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be in original packaging
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return Process
1. Contact us at cubaroomshop@gmail.com to request a return
2. We will provide return instructions and address
3. Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective products)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will replace the product or issue a full refund (including shipping costs)
